Designing an impactful survey that does not tax employees a UX Research Case Study

To help the Enterprise Architecture team evaluate how software supports mission-focused offices, I transformed a request for 9 separate surveys into one streamlined, user-centered solution. By consolidating content, removing redundancies, mapping offices to portfolios, and aligning questions with business goals, I created a scalable survey that reduces user fatigue and delivers actionable, high-quality data for enterprise decision-making within a month.
